Reclaiming the Self

A 16-week group journey into healing, using Family Constellations and the creative arts

This transformational group journey blends the healing power of Family Constellations with the freedom and depth of creative expression. Through a carefully curated process, group members will uncover, heal, and release inherited patterns, unresolved traumas, and limiting family stories that no longer serve their highest, authentic Selves.

Reclaiming the Self is a space to remember who you are beneath the roles, the wounds, the weight of the past.

The group meets both virtually and in person, alternating each week. In-person gatherings include traditional Family Constellations and experiential workshops using creative arts such as movement, visual art, writing, and more. Each group member will have the opportunity to be a featured client in a constellation and will receive a dedicated follow-up call for support, reflection, and integration. Zoom sessions offer continuity, connection, and a space to deepen the unfolding process. Together, these elements create a rich container for insight, healing, and lasting transformation. 

Whether you feel called to break free from ancestral burdens, reconnect with your inner truth, or step more fully into your life's potential, Reclaiming the Self is an invitation to come home to yourself. 

Meeting dates in 2025: 8/30, 9/6, 9/12, 9/20, 10/4, 10/10, 10/18, 10/24, 11/1, 11/7, 11/15, 11/21, 11/29, 12/5, 12/13, 12/19. Fridays are via Zoom, 6:30-8pm, Saturdays are in person in Portland, 10am-2pm. Capacity is limited to 8 group members. Payment plans are available.
