My Beliefs and Values

Love is so important to me, and helping folx love and express themselves is a passion of mine. I believe with increased self-love, you will more easily be able to spread love, and the ripple effect will help make the whole world a better place. A bit cheesy, I know, but I really believe it.

I am courage and compassion. I will hold safe space for you, and give you a gentle kick in the pants when you need it. I can be a sympathetic listener, a guide toward change, someone to ask the tough questions, your cheerleader, a mentor, a BS monitor . . . . All while maintaining authenticity. I'm adaptable! I will meet you where you are and support you in moving forward, toward your greatest self.
